In the security sector, Gereon UGVs can be used as an autonomous, waypoint-based patrol service to monitor critical infrastructure, properties or protected areas against intruders. As such, Gereon RCS allows security personnel to be stationed in guard rooms or cars while autonomously and silently patrolling a perimeter or area. Gereon RCS sends an alarm with the exact location of the intruder and monitors their activities without being noticed.
